We do not identify as First Nations, but we are experienced at working closely with First Nations people. We partner with others when needed to create safe environments in our projects.

  • Multiple projects involving individual and small group engagement with people to understand their lived experience, including: people with a lived experience of homelessness, domestic and family violence, disability; young people (15-25) from all socioeconomic backgrounds across Australia; people identifying as LGBTIQA+; First Nations elders and community; people from regional and remote locations; and more.
  • Consultation to inform the NSW Women’s Strategy 2023-2026, which included a survey (~2500 responses), 18 focus groups across a range of demographics include age, socio economic status and geography, engagement with peaks and interagency consultation.
  • Consultation to inform a review of the Accredited Service Provider program, which included structured discussion papers and consultation questions, a survey of contractors, focus groups, interviews with network providers and peaks delivered through multiple rounds as design was firmed up (NSW Energy).
  • Establishing a partnership to underpin delivery of a mental health triage program (HNECCPHN).
  • Facilitating formal alliances for large civil construction projects where shared risk in long-term delivery is core (e.g. Transport for NSW plus delivery partners).
