  • Policy project coaching. A team may be expert in their field, but they are often overwhelmed with everyday demands and find it tough to progress policy and other projects. We work with teams as policy coaches and critical friends, providing the scaffolding and rigor so that you can do the important work with the discipline you need. We use a range of techniques including problem trees, pre-mortems, integrative thinking and sprints.
  • Executive coaching. We are trained coaches with experience in working with key change leaders, individually and in teams, to progress their development.
  • Team development. We design and facilitate both one-off events and ongoing development activities to inspire, foster connection and improve impact.
  • Management review. We work with senior leaders to make sure organisational structures and systems are fit for purpose. We do independent reviews, develop options, design new approaches and support implementation.
  • Design and delivery of team development events for a range of organisations including: Housing and Property Division in NSW Department of Planning; Land & Housing Corporation; NSW Heritage; NSW Environment Protection Authority; NSW Department of Communities and Justice.
  • Ongoing leadership advice and support, coupled with executive coaching for leaders in Heritage NSW.
  • Options analysis for the NSW Housing Contact Centre to inform future delivery mechanisms.
  • Partnering to design and implement new and innovative team work practices with the Housing, Homelessness and Disability Directorate in NSW Department of Communities and Justice.
  • Co-designing and administrative realignment following a functional restructure for the NSW EPA’s Regional Regulatory Operations.
