We can work with you and your team or project to identify what you really want to achieve. Getting this often overlooked step can make a profound difference to what you and your teams do further down the track. We can do this as a separate step or as part of a more complete service. Many sectors are also dealing with the growth of the organisation through expansion or changes in the structure of the sector. We work with Executive teams and Boards to ensure that the governance arrangements are effective and appropriate.

Leadership teams and Boards face particular challenges in times of change, particularly when that change is imposed externally and future directions are uncertain, meaning that any response needs to be emergent. We work with Leadership Teams to ensure that individually and collectively they are capable of setting the right culture and enabling the organisation to respond flexibly and intelligently.

We use coaching as a means of drawing out the strengths of individuals and teams. We work to build on your strengths, uncover your potential, make sure you are ready to deliver and, importantly, that you are equipped to recognise your behaviour patterns so you can take control of your development. We are both qualified coaches and Greg is a trained mediator.
