Greg is an expert in public policy and management, strategy and evaluation, as well as facilitation, team and organisational development and collaboration to improve performance.
Greg has more than 25 years’ experience in policy and strategy, viewed from both the inside of the NSW Government and from over 10 years as a consultant. He has particular experience in health and human services, having advised the State and Commonwealth Governments on a broad range of issues—particularly housing and disability—as well as Asia Pacific experience in teamwork underpinning multimillion dollar public infrastructure projects.
Greg is passionate about creating the space for honest and trusting conversations that underpin exceptional performance. He builds trust and rapport with his clients, and combines an understanding of how systems work with an ability to help teams and individuals perform through effective coaching. His work in team and organisational development helps clients with valuable insights in change management.
His clients range from state government authorities across the eastern states, through infrastructure organisations and NFPs.
